Material ( for one person )
freeze-dried tofu two sheets (pieces) (of paper)
Water (for returning koya-tofu) proper quantity
boiled egg 1-2 pieces
mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
salt and pepper small quantity
sliced cheese two sheets (pieces) (of paper)
hum two sheets (pieces) (of paper)
lettuce proper quantity
olive oil 1 teaspoon
unsalted butter proper quantity

2 slices Koya-Tofu
Amount of water (to return Koya-Tofu)
1-2 boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices cheese
2 slices ham
Amount of lettuce
1 teaspoon olive oil
Amount of salted butter

Directions

Soak koya-tofu in water, squeeze out the water, and cut into half-thick slices.


Cut ham and cheese into two equal pieces. Cut lettuce into chunks.


Put the boiled eggs in a bowl, mash them with a fork, and add mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.


Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan over low heat. When the butter is melted, brown the koya-tofu on both sides.


After removing the heat, sandwich the ingredients between the koya-tofu and complete the dish!


The bread

is

still a bit crumbly compared to bread, but this is not a problem if you sandwich plenty of ingredients. The key to making it tasty is to drain the water thoroughly and brown the dried tofu on both sides in a frying pan.
