Ingredients
2 slices Koya-Tofu
Amount of water (to return Koya-Tofu)
1-2 boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices cheese
2 slices ham
Amount of lettuce
1 teaspoon olive oil
Amount of salted butter

Directions
Soak koya-tofu in water, squeeze out the water, and cut into half-thick slices.
Cut ham and cheese into two equal pieces. Cut lettuce into chunks.
Put the boiled eggs in a bowl, mash them with a fork, and add mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan over low heat. When the butter is melted, brown the koya-tofu on both sides.
After removing the heat, sandwich the ingredients between the koya-tofu and complete the dish!
The bread
