The Salmon Fair will be held at IKEA from September 9th to November 7th. The menu is full of salmon.

Hot gratin with ASC-certified salmon marinade on top of mashed potatoes, baked and sprinkled with meatball sauce. The price is 590 yen.

Salmon and chips

A hearty dish with two thick ASC-certified salmon fries and plenty of french fries. The price is 990 yen.

Half-ripe egg and salmon poki salad

A salad topped with ASC-certified salmon poki and half-ripe eggs. The spicy and spicy salmon poki is appetizing. It is also recommended to order rice and eat it as a poke bowl. The price is 790 yen.

Sweet sweet potato soup

Sweet and rich sweet potato soup. Because it is plant-based, it can be enjoyed by vegetable people. The price is 250 yen.

Salmon marinade

Two large cut-offs of ASC-certified Atlantic salmon. Dill mustard salmon sauce for a Swedish taste. The price is 399 yen.

A Tumbrode with ASC-certified salmon marinade and vegetables on a traditional Swedish flatbread. The price is 500 yen.
