On September 15, Hotto More Grill will release "Mackerel Salted Malt Grilled Plate" and "Silver Flounder Saikyo Grilled Plate" as special grilled fish menu items.

In response to customers' requests for grilled fish menu items, the new "Mackerel Salted Koji Grill Plate" and "Saikyo Grill Plate with Silver Fillets" are now available as new autumn dishes. These authentic grilled fish dishes are perfect for this season of autumn, and are carefully seasoned to perfection.

A satisfying grilled fish plate with large mackerel coated with salted malt and grilled. The use of salted malt not only brings out the full flavor of the mackerel, but also gives it a savory aroma as the salted malt burns a little. Unsalted mackerel is used, which brings out the salty and sweet flavors of the salted malt. This grilled fish menu allows you to fully enjoy Saikyo-yaki, a popular Japanese dish. By marinating silver fillets for three days in saikyo miso, a unique blend of white miso based ingredients, the saikyo miso permeates deep into the fillet and the flavor of the fillet is locked in. The price is 780 yen (tax included).
