Ingredients (for 2 people)

Cabbage 250g (8.82oz)
1/2 yellow paprika 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pepper a little

How to make cabbage and paprika coleslaw salad

Cut the cabbage into small pieces of about 4 to 5 cm x 1 to 2 cm, and cut the yellow paprika in half horizontally and cut into vertical pieces.


Put the chopped cabbage and paprika in a container such as a bowl or tapper, sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of salt, mix roughly, and leave for about 10 minutes. After rubbing firmly, squeeze the water well.
