Ingredients (for 2 people)

2 eggplants Shirasu 20g (0.71oz)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon honey
Salt and coarse black pepper a little

How to make marinade of eggplant and shirasu in the microwave

Wash the eggplant to remove the calyx and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put in a heat-resistant container, add sesame oil and mix well.


Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a microwave at 500W for 3 minutes.
