mayonnaise	2 tablespoons

salt and pepper	small quantity

Shrimp Broccoli

Salad

Ingredients

1 broccoli plant
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
50 g shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion dressing to taste

Directions

Boil broccoli. Remove from heat and refrigerate. It is OK to eat it warm, but it will taste even better if it is cooled thoroughly! → Detailed recipe for boiling broccoli:


Boil shrimp, cut into chunks, and mix with mayonnaise.


Serve the shrimp mayonnaise on the broccoli and pour the dressing over the broccoli!

The broccoli goes well with the chunky shrimp mayonnaise! The saltiness of the onion-based dressing adds a nice accent. I used the " Plenty of Onion Ponzu " introduced previously, but you can make it taste even more like a restaurant by using the "Ishizawa Dressing" created by Mr. Kenichi Ishizawa of the Product Development Department at Kurazushi!
