Cucumber 1/2
Crab stick 3
Mentsuyu, sesame oil, white sesame 2 tsp
Chili Oil Appropriate amount
salt a little

Crab stick cucumber namul

Ingredients (for 1 person)

1/2 cucumber, 3 crab sticks, mentsuyu, sesame oil, 2 teaspoons of white sesame
Chili oil, a little salt

How to make

Cut the cucumber into thin slices and then cut into julienne. Sprinkle with salt, leave for 5-10 minutes and squeeze out. Divide the crab sticks so that they match the size of the cucumbers. Put cucumbers and crab sticks in a container.


Add mentsuyu, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds and mix well.


Finish with a few drops of chili oil. You can adjust the amount of chili oil to your liking.
