The Taiwanese minced pork cutlet is filled with ingredients and is crispy and juicy. The handmade fluffy nira-mama (Chinese chive eggplant ball) is a perfect complement to the spicy pork cutlet. The combination of the spiciness and the fluffy egg is addictive.
