We have newly developed sweets using chocolate that are particular about selection, fermentation, drying, and how to make.


"Cacao enjoyment chocolate cake" uses cacao from Colombia, which is a famous cacao producing area. Cacao, which is characterized by the sweet scent and rich flavor of "Tumaco" in the southern part of Colombia, and "Aruako", which is grown by the indigenous people of Colombia, have less bitterness and have a refreshing and fruity scent similar to white grapes and lime. The characteristic cacao is used.


The middle layer of the cake uses raw chocolate cream that uses 53% of "Tumaco" cacao, and the upper layer uses fresh chocolate cream that uses 72% of refreshing "Aruako" cacao, and on top of that, 53% of "Tumaco" cacao. Topped with milk chocolate. By preparing chocolate little by little and paying attention to the temperature and the balance of mixing, the flavor of each cacao is maximized.
