Lotte "Ghana Chocolate" and Ginza Cozy Corner collaborate for the first time

Ginza Cozy Corner has developed new sweets in collaboration with "Ghana Milk" and "Ghana Black". The chocolate cream and chocolate mousse are made with 100% Ghana Chocolate.

The mousse on the top layer is made with Ghana Milk, which is rich and milky, while the mousse on the bottom layer is made with Ghana Black, which has a mellow cacao aroma and a refreshing aftertaste. The cream squeezed over the top is also made with Ghana Black, and the cake is decorated with Ghana Ripple to complete this "Ghana-full" chocolate cake. The price is 486 yen (tax included).

Souffle Waffle (Ghana)

Moist and fluffy baked waffle crust with a light, souffle-like texture is sandwiched between chocolate custard made with Ghana chocolate and chocolate whip. The chocolate custard underneath is a blend of Ghana Milk, Ghana Black, and custard. The acidity and bitterness of the cacao enhances the gentle taste of the milk.


The chocolate whip on top is a blend of "Ghana Black" and whipped cream. The deep chocolate flavor has a moderate bitterness. The moist and fluffy texture allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of Ghana Chocolate overflowing from the whipped cream. The price is 216 yen (tax included).
