"Chocolat Cube Premium" is a cake that you can enjoy changing the taste by layering carefully selected ingredients. The surface is a glasage coating that gives you the elegant bitterness of matcha and the mellow aroma of roasted green tea. Matcha is finished with gold powder and roasted green tea is finished with silver powder.
Shoko mousse is based on white chocolate and has a rich taste that makes you feel luxurious with strong matcha and rich roasted green tea. Biscuit Jocondo, which matches the aroma of almonds with bitterness, and rich ganache with matcha sauce and roasted green tea sauce are combined.
Matcha "Chocolate Fiutine" uses blonde chocolate with a slight salty taste behind the sweetness like caramel. It accentuates the texture and taste and accentuates the gorgeous impression of matcha.
