Pastel will sell five sweets jointly developed with Gion Tsujiri, an Uji tea specialty store, from May 1 to June 30. The "Dark Pudding with Uji Green Tea from Gion Tsujiri, Smooth Uji Green Tea" will be on sale until August 31.

Dark

Pudding Maiko

is a collaboration product with Gion Tsujiri, featuring a maiko, a symbol of Gion, Kyoto. The "Dark Pudding with Uji Matcha from Gion Tsujiri, Smooth Uji Matcha" is topped with a layer of soft vanilla mousse. The price is 680 yen (tax included).

Upon purchase of the "Dark Pudding Maiko", a Pastel original "flower business card sticker" (one of five different types) will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis. The design cannot be chosen. The offer will end when all the stickers are gone.

Uji Matcha Pudding Roll

with Uji Matcha from Gion Tsujiri Pudding Roll is made with Uji Matcha from Gion Tsujiri in the pudding, sponge and cream. The pudding is accented with azuki beans, which go well with Uji matcha, and rolled together with the pudding. The rolls are prepared on paper designed in collaboration with Pastel and Gion Tsujiri. The price is 2,300 yen for a whole roll. Cut pieces are available only at the Pastel Omotesando store (500 yen).

Uji green tea anmitsu pudding using Gion Tsujiri's Uji

green tea Pastel's custard pudding is layered with Uji green tea jelly, which is characterized by its rich aroma, mild flavor and sweetness, and topped with sweet bean grains, white beans, yellow chestnuts and black soy beans, which go well with green tea. It is a sweet with a perfect balance of Japanese and Western flavors. The price is 680 yen.

green tea pudding with a rich aroma and flavor created by Gion Tsujiri's roasting process. A layer of special sauce enhances the fragrant aroma of the hojicha tea. The price is 540 yen.

Pastel and Gion Tsujiri Collaboration Pudding Pack

To commemorate the collaboration, five types of floral business card stickers with the "thick pudding Maiko" design were created. A pack with three flower business card stickers (three of the five types) is available.

The set includes four puddings, one each of "Dark pudding with Uji green tea from Gion Tsujiri", "Dark pudding with hojicha from Gion Tsujiri", "Smooth pudding" and "Pastel's custard pudding", and three Pastel original "flower name card stickers" (three out of five types). The price is 1,800 yen.
