Heart Bread Antique collaborated with Gion Tsujiri, a Uji tea specialty store in Kyoto, to create "Mehcha! Matcha green powdered tea! Choco Ring" will be on sale from May 1 to June 30. Priced at 880 yen per piece, SS size 590 yen (tax included).

Mecha! Matcha green tea! Chocolate ring

The most popular flavor of Heart Bread Antique's seasonal chocolate rings is "matcha" green tea. This year's seasonal choco ring using matcha green tea from Kyoto's Uji tea specialty store, Gion Tsujiri, will be available again this year.

The dough is kneaded with Gion Tsujiri's matcha green tea, wrapped with white chocolate and azuki beans, baked, and topped with a matcha brownie. Gion Tsujiri's matcha is also used in the dough, surface coating, and powder finish.


Chocolate rings are a great way to enjoy the delicious taste of matcha green tea, and are recommended for breakfast, as a snack, or as a gift for those who love matcha green tea. The taste of matcha green tea spreads softly in the mouth, and along with the matcha flavor, you can enjoy the richness of the mild white chocolate and the gentle sweetness of the azuki beans.
