Protein Okara Steamed Buns
Ingredients
20g (0.71oz) okara powder
20g (0.71oz) protein
120cc soy milk
1 egg
5g (0.18oz) baking powder
1 tbsp olive oil

Powdered sugar, syrup, etc. to taste
I used Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate. If the protein you use is sweet, you may not need to add sugar.
How to make
Mix together okara powder, protein, egg, soy milk, baking powder, olive oil, and sugar.
Place in a microwave-safe container, cover softly with plastic wrap, and heat at 500W for about 5 minutes. The heating time will vary depending on the microwave oven you use, so check the dough frequently.
Stick a bamboo skewer into the dough and if it doesn't stick, it's done! Top with powdered sugar or syrup if you like.
It's very filling!
The dough is fluffy when freshly rented. The dough is fluffy when freshly rinsed, but after a little while, it becomes firm and dense. If you make steamed bread with plain protein and top it with a fried egg or bacon, it would be great for breakfast! It's also great for a quick meal.
It's even good with maple syrup on it!
Protein Okara Steamed Buns are easy to make and filling. It is also recommended for dieters and muscle trainers.
