Sweetness Glutinous Steamed
Buns This glutinous steamed bun has a slight sweetness from the bananas. Leaving a little of the banana pulp in the batter will give the steamed buns a thicker texture. The overall sweetness of the steamed bread is not too sweet, so sprinkle some cocoa powder on top if you like, or add chocolate chips before baking. Banana Steamed Buns made in a plastic bag are perfect for when you are hungry. How about a snack today?
