2 eggs 1/2 bunch of leek 2 tablespoons milk
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Sesame oil Appropriate amount Salad oil Appropriate amount

This time, we will simply make it with leeks and eggs, but you can add ingredients such as onions and mushrooms if you like!

● How to make

Cut the leek into 3-4 cm lengths.

Break the egg into a bowl, add milk and mix.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the leek. When it becomes soft, add oyster sauce and soy sauce and mix quickly.

Put the stir-fried leek back in the egg bowl. Spread the vegetable oil on a frying pan, heat it over medium heat, and add the egg liquid at once.

When the edges of the egg liquid have hardened and swelled, roughly mix the whole egg so that it can be put in from the edge with a spatula.

When the egg is half-boiled, turn off the heat and quickly serve it on a plate.

● What is the taste?

The texture of fluffy toro, the richness of eggs that fills your mouth, the flavor of leeks, the aroma of sesame oil, and the delicious taste of oyster sauce! The best! The mellowness is added by adding a little milk, and the sweetness, umami, and salty taste are exquisite.

By adding milk to the eggs, the finish will be soft and mellow. Also, when frying eggs, the trick is to mix them roughly after the edges have hardened. Eggs are easy to cook due to the residual heat, so I think it will be just right half-boiled if you take them out with "Is it a little more?"!
