How to make

Cut the green onions into pieces of about 4 to 5 cm.

Heat the oil (outside the amount) in a frying pan and lightly roll the green onions to bake the entire surface.

When it is browned, take it out and place it on a bakeware. Drip soy sauce from above and top with torn seaweed and melted cheese.

Bake in an oven toaster for about 6-8 minutes until the cheese is browned and you're done!

What's the taste?

Crispy green onions, juicy, sweet, fragrant, bittersweet, and delicious! The richness of the entwined cheese and the flavor of the seaweed are also firmly insisted, and it messes with the green onions. This won't stop ...

If it's a hassle to bake, you can cook it in the microwave to soften the green onions, but I personally recommend baking it because it's more fragrant and delicious. You can sprinkle shichimi or Japanese pepper if you like, and it will be delicious with spicy accents. It's a quick side dish that goes great with beer and shochu, so please give it a try!
