Boiled tuna 1/2 can purple onion 1/2
A little parsley
EV olive oil 1.5 tbsp
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
Salt 1/2
A little black pepper
* I used dry parsley, but it tastes even better when raw.
■ How to make
Add lemon juice, grated garlic, salt and black pepper and mix with a whisk, then add EV olive oil little by little and mix.
Finely chop the purple onions, put them in a bowl of water and expose them for about 10 minutes to drain them.
Add boiled chickpeas, boiled tuna, mixed seasonings and purple onions.
Serve in a bowl and complete! You can also top it with fried onions if you like ♪
■ Crisp and refreshing!
The crispy and fresh texture of purple onions and the refreshing flavor of lemon. It also contains chickpeas, so it's very satisfying to eat. Accented with a faint garlic flavor ♪ If you want a little more saltiness, you can add salt and pepper or add a little nam pla and it will be delicious!
