Raw ham 40g (1.41oz)
Cucumber 1/2
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Doubanjiang 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic tube 2-3 cm
egg yolk 1 piece
White sesame Appropriate amount

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Prosciutto 40g (1.41oz)
1/2 cucumber 1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon doubanjiang
Garlic tube 2-3 cm
1 egg yolk White sesame seeds

How to make

Cut the cucumber into julienne. Cut the prosciutto into strips.


Put cucumber and prosciutto in a bowl and mix with sesame oil.


When the prosciutto is loosened, add doubanjiang and garlic tube and mix.


Serve on a plate, dent the center and place the yolk. Complete with white sesame seeds.
