2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons sugar

Cut the chikuwabu into bite-sized pieces and boil slowly for about 15 minutes.
While boiling the chikuwabu, slowly boil the mitarashi ingredients in another pot over medium heat and thicken with water-soluble potato starch.
