Ibo Noito's Chinese Noodles "Hand-pulled Chinese Noodles: Dragon's Dream" Smooth, crispy, chewy texture, addictive taste!

Ibono Ito is a well-known somen brand. In fact, they also offer Chinese noodles. I was curious to try it when I found it at Donki.

Ibo-noito's Chinese noodles "Tebobu Chinese Noodle Ryu no Yume" (Dragon's Dream)

The name of the product is "Hand-pulled Chinese Noodles: Dragon's Dream. It is made using the traditional hand-pulling method of Ibo Noito.

I purchased three batches of noodles only (80g (2.82oz) per bundle). The price was 238 yen (excluding tax). In addition, the company is also offering a gift set with soup.

To boil the noodles, boil 1 liter of water per batch in a pot and cook for 3 minutes, breaking up the noodles as you go.

After boiling, drain in a colander and rinse with water.

Prepare your own dipping sauce. This time, we used 100 ml of water, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chicken broth, and 1/2 teaspoon each of grated ginger, grated garlic, and ground sesame seeds, heated together. The toppings are simple, with only green onions.

The smooth texture, smooth throat, and flavorful taste are the best. The taste is reminiscent of Ibo Noito's somen noodles.

The main difference is the thickness. Although not as thick as Chinese noodles, they are much thicker than somen noodles, giving them a chewy texture. Eggs are not used, and the taste is refreshing.

The soup goes well with the noodles, so it can be eaten dipped like this, or used for chilled Chinese noodles. This is a must-try product for Ibo Noito fans of somen noodles.
