Seijo Ishii released two "cold soups" that are perfect for summer in mid-June. Two kinds of cold Spanish soup "Tomato gazpacho" and "Cold sweet potato soup" using sweet potato "Anno potato".
Seijo Ishii's cold soup
A cute soup product with a textile-like package of tomatoes and sweet potatoes. It can be chilled in the refrigerator or at room temperature. You can pour it on a plate and drink it immediately.
No chemical seasonings, fragrances or colorings are used. The retort pouch pack contains 160g (5.64oz) and the price is 279 yen (excluding tax).
Tomato gazpacho
Mainly uses tomatoes from Kumamoto prefecture, which are characterized by strong sweetness and well-balanced acidity. In addition, onions, celery, and extra virgin olive oil from Spain are combined for a refreshing finish.
Gazpacho is mainly made of tomatoes, but the complex taste of various ingredients is also attractive. Not only sweet and sour, but also rich in olive oil, honey, onion richness, garlic and pepper flavors.
The mouthfeel is thick and not too refreshing, and the taste is perfect. Since the taste of the ingredients is rich, it is recommended to soak the bread or arrange it in soup pasta sauce or somen noodle soup.

Anno potato cold soup
Uses Kyushu-produced Anno potatoes, which are characterized by their rich and rich sweetness. It is mellowly finished with chicken extract, butter and milk cooked from whole chicken.
A creamy soup with a good balance of sweet potato sweetness and chicken umami. It has a rich taste that is more sweet than corn cream soup. Matching with a smooth mouthfeel, it is a luxurious feeling!
