From Seijo Ishii's private brand "desica" series, retorts such as green curry and Gapao have appeared. It has been on sale since this summer.

Speaking of Seijo Ishii's green curry, it is also a popular dish in the side dish corner. It would be great if this could be stocked at home. I was curious, so I checked it together with the series "Poo Pup Pong Curry" and "Gapao".

Seijo Ishii Retort Ethnic

Both are heated in a microwave oven or a water bath. Even in the case of a microwave oven, it can be heated upright in a bag. Convenient without having to transfer to a heat-resistant container. The price was 399 yen each (excluding tax).

Green curry

Ethnic classic green curry. The fragrant and rich taste is as expected! I am glad that the sweetness is rich and the spiciness that stimulates the throat firmly.


The ingredients are chicken, young corn, and red paprika. It's less gorgeous than the side dish green curry, but you can still enjoy the presence of the large and textured young corn and the delicious taste of the chicken. If you prepare jasmine rice, you can do it in earnest.

Phu Pap Pong Curry

Thai curry that combines crab and egg. 10% red snow crab paste is used to create a fragrant finish.


It has plenty of rag-shaped eggs and looks like keema curry. But when you say it, it's lighter and lighter. The taste of crab is rich and luxurious!


The taste is basically sweet and rich, and the spicy and pleasant spiciness remains in the mouth. The taste is different, but it's mild that people who like butter chicken curry will love.

Gapao

Gapao fried with coarse chicken and holy basil in oyster sauce. Holy Basil is made from raw Thai and has a refreshing scent that fills your mouth. Vividness that you can't think of as a retort!


The spice flavor is plentiful, but the spiciness is moderate. It's a little tingling. The sweet and spicy taste is behind, and the juiciness makes the rice go well.


If you like, you can top it with a fried egg to make a plate like a shop.

Summary

Seijo Ishii has a gorgeous scent and deliciousness that does not make you feel retort. Suitable for stock because it can be stored for a long time (* about half a year). I highly recommend it to ethnic lovers!
