Lawson "Taiwan Mazesoba supervised by Menya Hanabi" seems to be a horse! Topped with minced Taiwanese and egg yolk sauce

"Taiwan Mazesoba supervised by Menya Hanabi" will be on sale on May 26th at each Lawson store. The price is 550 yen (tax included).

Nagoya is famous for its many local gourmet dishes such as miso katsu, miso nikomi udon, hitsumabushi, and ankake pasta. Among them, "Taiwan Mazesoba" is gaining popularity as a new local gourmet in recent years.

"Taiwan Mazesoba" is a kind of soupless noodles made by putting Taiwan minced meat (soy sauce-flavored spicy minced meat with chili and garlic) on extra-thick noodles. Typical ingredients are minced Taiwan, raw chopped leek and green onions, fishmeal, and egg yolk. Add grated garlic if you like, stir well and eat.

Introducing this time is a product supervised by "Menya Hanabi", which has its main store in Nagoya. Since May 2018, Lawson has been rolling out "Taiwan Mazesoba" supervised by "Menya Hanabi" only in the Chubu region. A total of 19 items have been sold, including noodles such as "Cold Taiwan Mazesoba" and "Cold Tantan Noodles", and cooked rice such as "Big Taiwan Nigiri Meshi".

"Taiwan Mazesoba, supervised by Menya Hanabi," is a thick, chewy noodle topped with minced Taiwanese, leek, green onions, white mackerel, mackerel powder, seaweed, and egg yolk-style sauce. Kombu vinegar is included separately so that you can enjoy the change in taste.

"Taiwan Yakisoba supervised by Menya Hanabi", which will be released on June 9, is an original product not found in Menya Hanabi stores. Minced Taiwanese, spicy sprouts and leeks are served. The price is 450 yen (tax included). Released nationwide except Shizuoka, Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, and Natural Lawson.
