There are two types of Anno potato cream, the thick one that is squeezed up and the creamy one that is caught in a sponge. You can enjoy the deep sweetness and rough texture of sweet potatoes in the former, and the soft sweetness that matches the richness of milk in the latter.
The sponge is soft and moist, and is finely tailored like castella. Holds two types of cream and melts in your mouth. With "burnt barley" that is roasted and ground barley, the slight aroma matches the flavor of sweet potatoes! You can enjoy a casual but unique taste.
