Seijo Ishii announced on its official website that "Kochi Prefecture muskmelon 'Princess Nina' Coco Melon Cake" will be available. The price is 6,500 yen (including tax) per unit, limited to 300 units.

Seijo Ishii "Kochi muskmelon 'Princess Nina' Coco Melon Cake".

The cake is made with the pulp, puree, and juice of a whole muskmelon. The melon is encased in a layer of cream, sponge, and bavarois.

The top layer is topped with a rounded Bavarois and a melon ball made from the flesh of the melon. The cream is made of pure fresh cream from Hokkaido with 47% milk fat, which has a rich milk flavor that enhances the freshness of the melon.

The puree made from melon juice and pulp, and coconut puree are also added to bring out the melon's characteristics and balance the overall taste. The sponge has a higher proportion of egg yolks and is moistened with honey to balance the juiciness and flavor of the melon.
