The selling price is 1,286 yen per bottle (tax included).

Pound cake batter made with millet sugar is layered with cheesecake batter filled with cream cheese.

The cheesecake batter is kneaded with almond slices, organic soy milk, Yame green tea, and dried figs, cranberries, and raisins soaked in white wine, adding to the texture and flavor.

The surface is covered with a ganache made of directly imported white couverture, Yame matcha paste, and pure fresh cream from Hokkaido, and then decorated with a ganache-coated walnut chocolat rochette. It is said to go well with Japanese tea and wine as well as tea and coffee. In addition, a special "Mother's Day" card is also available, which is a useful gift for expressing gratitude.

Orders can also be placed through the official online store "Seijo-Ishii.com" from April 15 to 28, and home delivery can be specified. However, the standard is different from that of the in-store pickup items.
