Baked Bell Peppers with Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

- 6 bell peppers
- 150 g potato salad
- 2 slices ham
- 1 slice melted cheese

*The amount of potato salad used depends on the size of the bell peppers.

Directions

1. Cut each bell pepper in half lengthwise. Cut peppers in half lengthwise, remove stems and seeds, wash thoroughly and drain.


Fill the cut peppers with potato salad and top with ham and cheese.



Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and brown in the toaster until cooked through.
