What is Maze Spa?

"Maze Spa" is a pasta sauce that you just mix with boiled noodles. We are also developing standard flavors such as cod roe and mentaiko, but from this summer we will be rolling out the "local flavors" series.

The lineup includes "Setouchi Lemon & Olive", "Akita Iburigakko & Cheese", and "Nagasaki Karasumi & Butter". Of these, I tried two types, Setouchi and Akita, which I found at the supermarket.

Mix Spa Local taste

1 serving x 2 servings per product. Place the boiled pasta on a plate, mix well with the sauce, and sprinkle with toppings in a separate bag to complete. Easy without having to heat the sauce.

Setouchi Lemon & Olive

A sauce using lemon juice, peel and olives from Setouchi. The oil coats the noodles and gives a smooth and smooth finish. Increase your appetite with the refreshing sourness of lemon!


I think it's simple, but it has a deep taste with garlic and anchovies. It looks sober, but it tastes better than I imagined, and I ate up one serving in no time.

Akita Iburigakko & Cheese

A sauce that combines Akita's specialty "Iburigakko" with pickled smoked radish and cheese. The smoky flavor of Iburi-gakko is entwined with the noodles and gives off a scent.


The taste is rich creamy. Since the amount of sauce is small, it is not too heavy and can be eaten smoothly for one person. If you only use the sauce, the calories are as low as 97kcal, so it will come in handy when you want to eat cheese-based pasta without feeling guilty.



A great sauce that you can enjoy a little travel feeling with easy home pasta. The purchase price is 178 yen (excluding tax), and I am happy that the price is 100 yen or less per meal. If you see it in the pasta sauce corner, please pick it up.
