I ate Bamiyan's limited-time menu "Kaoru Rich Sea Urchin Ramen". It features a mellow creamy soup with a texture like seafood potage.

It is said to be from Hokkaido National Highway No. 5, which appeared as part of the "Progress! Ramen Road" fair with a menu reminiscent of roadside ramen from all over the country where famous stores are lined up. The price is 699 yen (excluding tax).
Creamy but unexpectedly tasteless
We combine our own noodles with a soup that has a melting sweetness and a scent of rocky shore. The topping is a simple composition of char siu and green onion. It seems that you can enjoy "sea urchin manma" by adding white rice (sold separately) after you finish digging the noodles, but this time I ordered it separately.
The bowl that appeared is filled with golden soup, where you can hardly see the noodles inside. When I scoop it up with a lotus, it has a seafood flavor. However, there is no quirky scent like sea urchin sashimi or bottled sashimi, giving a soft and gentle impression.
