Add a little to "Oi Ocha"! I tried to make an "arranged drink that survives the summer" with avocado and soy milk

When it's hot and you lose your appetite, your nutrition tends to be biased. But if you don't eat well, you won't be able to survive the summer! Here are two of ITO EN's "Slightly Added Green Tea Arranged Drinks" that I would like to introduce.

All the recipes were devised by registered dietitian Takako Asao as "a green tea arrangement drink that works for summer heat". Let's replenish minerals and vitamins deliciously with a little extra drink that you can drink gulp!

Add dark tea, honey and lemon, mix and pour soy milk.

Pour it into a glass and you're done!

Creamy and mellow mouthfeel. However, it is surprisingly refreshing and refreshing to drink! The avocado's blueness or vegetableness is erased by the astringency of tea and the moderate acidity of lemon. The richness of soy milk and the sweetness of honey are also slightly felt on the tongue.

A combination of nutrient-rich avocado, including vitamin B1, tea rich in vitamins and minerals, and soy milk. It is also recommended as a substitute for breakfast on days when you have no appetite.

2, green tea orange

・ Materials (for 1 person)
Oi Ocha Dark Tea 100cc
Orange juice 100cc

・ How to make
Squeeze the orange juice.

Pour dark tea and orange juice into a glass and mix to complete! Serve with herbs and sliced oranges if you like.

A combination of orange containing vitamin B1 and vitamin C and tea rich in vitamins and minerals. A good balance between fresh sweetness and the bittersweetness of green tea! It's not too sweet and the aftertaste is refreshing and you can drink it. For a midsummer snack time.
