The second "Midsummer Parfait Fair" is being held from August 1st to August 25th at the Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe. Introducing 4 types of summer-colored parfaits that mainly use fruits that are particular about the production area and season.

"Furano Melon Parfait from Furano City, Hokkaido" is a parfait using the sweet and fragrant "Furano Melon" produced in Furano City, Hokkaido. The juicy flesh is combined with clean traditional vanilla ice cream, refreshing hibiscus jelly and accented cranberry sauce. Luxuriously topped with Furano melon cut into various shapes so that you can enjoy the texture. The price is 1,980 yen (tax included, same below).


"Fig parfait from Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture" is a parfait made so that you can enjoy fresh figs grown in the rich land and warm climate. It is also used in compotes, sauces, sorbets, and tuils stewed in red wine, and you can feel the whole figs. Accented with a bubble wrap texture. The price is 2,160 yen.


"Okinawa Prefecture Apple Mango Parfait" is a parfait that uses Okinawan mangoes grown in the blessings of the sun. A combination of tropical homemade mango sorbet with exotic sauce, milk ice cream and cranberry sauce. The most delicious seasonal mango is selected, and from mid-August, there are few producers in Okinawa Prefecture, and "Keets Mango" called phantom mango is scheduled to appear. The price is 2,580 yen.


"Koihime's Strawberry Parfait from Shinshu Hata Kobo, Nagano Prefecture" is a parfait using "Natsuaki Ichigo" Koihime "" from a house dedicated to Shiseido Parlor owned by Shinshu Hata Kobo. Because of the unique climate of this region, delicious strawberries spread from summer to autumn with a refreshing acidity and go well with traditional vanilla ice cream. The price is 1,890 yen.


"Koihime's Strawberry Parfait" is also available in a low-carbohydrate version. The decoration is kept as it is, and the sugar mass is suppressed to 10g (0.35oz) by devising the tailoring of ice cream and sauce. The price is 1,890 yen.
