The second "2022 Midsummer Parfait Fair" will be held at the Shiseido Parlor Ginza Salon de Café from August 2 to August 31. Four types of parfaits using fruits directly shipped from the production area will be offered.

Furano melon parfait from Furano City, HokkaidoThis parfait uses Furano melons grown in a basin environment surrounded by mountains with extreme temperature differences. The melon flesh, which has ripened to perfection since harvesting, is soft and has a mellow aroma and rich sweetness. The price is 2,600 yen (tax included).
Fig Parfait from Kinokawa City, Wakayama PrefectureThis parfait uses "figs" grown in Wakayama's mild climate and rich soil. The figs, characterized by their plump texture and gentle sweetness, are made into sherbet, sauce, and compote simmered in red wine. It has an elegant adult taste. Priced at 2,400 yen.
Special parfait of "Keats mangoes" from OkinawaThis parfait uses "Keats mangoes" grown slowly and carefully under the sun in the mild climate of Okinawa. It is called the "phantom mango" because it is difficult to distinguish the timing of ripeness in terms of color and luster, and only a few farmers produce it. The price is 3,000 yen.
Strawberry parfait using "Koihime" strawberries from Nagano Prefecture's Shinshu Hatake KoboThis parfait uses "Koihime" summer/autumn strawberries grown in the Shiseido Parlor's exclusive greenhouses. You can enjoy the sweet and sour taste of "Koihime," a red jewel that has been harvested with the blessings of clean water, air, and sun. The price is 2,200 yen.
The August dessert plate will also be available from August 2 to August 31.
Marriage of melon and blancmangeA melon-shaped white chocolate topped with coconut-flavored syrup. Inside are various styles of melon desserts such as jelly, pate de fruie, sorbet, and pulp, as well as refreshing lemon sorbet and blancmange. Coffee or tea or herbal tea/cup service. Price: 2,300 yen.
Croissant Fruit SandwichSandwich with Hokkaido Furano melon and strawberries as the main ingredient, and several other fruits. It is served with rare natural, unheated honey produced by the "Hamonyi Beekeeping Department. The price is 1,700 yen.
