The first "2022 Midsummer Parfait Fair" will be held at the Shiseido Parlor Ginza Salon de Café from July 1 to July 31. Four types of parfaits will be offered, each using the special fruits directly shipped from the producing region that are only available during this season.

Blueberry parfait produced in Ibi-gun, Gifu Prefecture
This parfait uses large blueberries that have a concentrated taste in a crunchy texture, and has evolved the decorations. You can enjoy the marriage of the sweet and sour taste of blueberries and milk ice cream. Priced at 2,400 yen (tax included, same below).
Arakawa Peach Parfait from Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture
This parfait uses "Arakawa peaches," a brand-name peach from Wakayama Prefecture. The peaches are ripened on the tree until the very last minute, and the rich peach juice fills the mouth. The soft, fragrant pulp is characterized by its sweetness with just the right amount of tartness. The price is 2,700 yen.
Special Parfait of "Apple Mango" from Okinawa
This special parfait uses an abundance of "apple mangoes" grown slowly and carefully under the sun in the mild climate of Okinawa. The mango flesh is melt-in-your-mouth soft and has a rich flavor with a sourness that complements the intense sweetness. The price is 3,000 yen.

This parfait uses "Koihime" summer/autumn strawberries grown in the Shiseido Parlor's exclusive greenhouses. You can enjoy the sweet and sour taste of "Koihime," a red jewel that has been harvested with the blessings of clean water, air, and sun. The price is 2,200 yen.
