Gin-no-an "Fukufuku Taiyaki" and "Amaguri An
On September 7, Gin-no-an stores (excluding some stores) will release new products "Taiyaki Taiyaki" and "Amaguri An" (sweet chestnut bean paste) for a limited time.
Fukufuku Taiyaki
The "Fukufuku Taiyaki" is a newly developed original Taiyaki dough with plenty of egg mixed into it to create a fluffy, smooth, and melt-in-your-mouth sponge cake-like dough. Since it can be enjoyed at room temperature, it is recommended as a souvenir. Each taiyaki is priced at 150 yen (tax included, same as below). Flavors include azuki bean paste and cream.
Amaguri An (sweet chestnut bean paste)
Amaguri An, a popular autumn product at Gin-no-An, is a thin-skinned taiyaki filled with a special sweet bean paste made by slow-roasting and marinating Tenjin sweet chestnuts in honey. Its elegant sweetness and the arrival of autumn can be felt. The price is 180 yen per piece.
