Komeda Coffee Shop New Cakes "Sweet Purple Mont Blanc" and others

Four new cakes, "Sweet Purple Mont Blanc," "Apple Tart," "Creamy Chocolat," and "Jun Kurimu," will be available at Komeda Coffee Shop stores from October 18 until early February 2024 (except some stores). Priced from 480 yen to 540 yen each including tax (varies by store).

Sweet Purple Mont Blanc

A new cake using purple potatoes, developed jointly with "Lettuce Club," a cooking magazine. The cocoa sponge base is topped with custard cream, and a generous amount of smooth purple sweet potato cream is squeezed over the top. The black sesame topping adds color and savory flavor, and enhances the taste of the cake. The sweetness of the purple sweet potatoes can be fully appreciated in this satisfying dish.

The cheese used in this product has already been heat-treated.

Apple Tart

The moist tart dough is combined with a light, apple-flavored whipped cream. Diced apple pulp is placed in the apple sauce that adorns the top, allowing you to enjoy the freshness and crunchy texture of the apples. The glossy and gentle colors of this apple cake are beautiful to the eye.

Almonds are used in the tart crust.

Creamy Chocolat

Chocolate cake with whipped cream mixed with chopped walnuts and chocolate chips, sandwiched between fluffy chocolate sponge. The surface is decorated with chocolate whipped cream and cocoa powder for an autumn and winter look. The crispy walnuts and crispy chocolate chips accentuate the flavor and texture of the cake. The walnuts are used to make the walnuts, and the chocolate chips are used to make the chocolate chips crispy.
