Chestnut proficient Mont Blanc (made with meringue)

Montblanc is the 4th item in the "Uchi Cafe Specialite" series. Montblanc, which has been released in autumn (October), winter (January), and spring (April), has changed the richness, sweetness, and texture of the cream to match the season. This time, as a summer Mont Blanc, we used a cream with a light taste, and the product was developed so that you can enjoy chestnuts but not become too sweet.
