Karamucho becomes a hot pot soup! "Koikeya Supervised Karamucho Hot Pot Soup Hot Chili Flavor Medium Spicy / Dry"--Exquisite taste that blends richness, umami and spiciness

What is this worrisome

Daisho will release new products in collaboration with Koike-ya, "Karamucho Nabe Soup Hot Chili Flavor Medium Spicy" and "Karamucho Nabe Soup Hot Chili Flavor Dry" supervised by Koikeya on September 3rd. The estimated price is 248 yen (tax included).

This is a hot pot soup that reproduces the flavor of the popular potato snack "Karamucho". The umami and chili peppers of chicken, garlic, and onion are used to create a flavor that blends the richness, umami, and spiciness. There are two types of spiciness, "medium spicy" and "dry".

The mild spiciness of "medium spicy" is a taste that goes well with ingredients such as thinly chopped pork, Chinese cabbage, green onions, leeks, and shimeji mushrooms, as well as shredded potatoes with the image of karamucho. After the hot pot, we recommend the "Tomato Cheese Risotto" made from tomato, cheese and rice.

Mild medium spicy

"Dry", which pursues spiciness, goes well with ingredients such as chicken thighs, Chinese cabbage, green onions, leeks, tofu, and shredded potatoes chopped in a karamucho style, and has a taste that will satisfy spicy lovers. After the pot, the Chinese noodles are stewed in soup and topped with egg yolk, chopped green onion, and chopped green onion.
