Chicken tempura udon with grated radish is a limited-time item that combines Nakau's signature Kyoto-style udon with chicken tempura and grated radish. The crunchy texture and light flavor of the chicken tendon goes well with the udon broth blended with bonito and kelp. The udon noodles are served with grated daikon (Japanese radish) for a refreshing aftertaste that is perfect for the warmer months.

In addition to hot and cold udon noodles, the restaurant will also offer authentic nihachi-soba, which has a supple texture and is moderately thin. The soup stock with special kaeshi (a kind of broth made from buckwheat) gives the soba noodles a richer, richer flavor. The lineup includes hot and cold udon and soba, as well as zaru udon and zaru soba, with a total of six choices to suit your mood of the day.
