Looking at the raw material notation, only "grilled chin, mackerel, and dried sardines" are used. It looks like a pure mixed shavings powder with no special seasonings added.

Impression that the richness is increasing thanks to the mackerel section. It was delicious and I drank it all.
Personally, I think it's better to add more to taste, but then it's less than 10 cups, which makes me sad ... (just poverty).
