At each Sanuki udon chain "Hanamaru Udon" (excluding some stores), "Udon Prefecture Somen" will be released on May 8th. The price is 480 yen (tax included).
This is a set of somen from Kagawa prefecture and 3 special condiments. You can enjoy it with a sweet soup stock made by adding mirin to the soup stock that is unique to Sanuki. There are three condiments: "Steamed chicken loosened with plums," "Kinshi egg," and "Okra with sea bream miso and sesame seeds."
