The theme of this facility is "Iwashita New Ginger" from Iwashita Foods, and the in-house cafe "CAFE NEW GINGER" also has a menu using Iwashita New Ginger.



Somen was jointly developed with Nakazawa Noodles, a noodle factory in Tochigi City, the hometown of Iwashita Foods. Finished in pink. It has a smooth texture and a good throat, and is said to be chewy.

There are two types of soup, "pink" that makes use of the pickled liquid of Iwashita's new ginger and "brown" that has a shiitake flavor. You can enjoy the taste, texture, and appearance with plenty of shredded and sliced Iwashita's new ginger. And.


You can also order "Iwashita New Ginger Somen-Caprese Tailoring-", which is made by kneading raw somen with Iwashita's magic ginger and finishing it in a cold pasta style with tomato, mozzarella cheese, and basil sauce.


The selling price is 2,000 yen (tax included, same below) for a set of 2 to 3 servings of Iwashita's new ginger-style somen noodles, and 300 yen for an additional one. Iwashita's new ginger somen-caprese tailoring-is 800 yen. Admission to the Iwashita New Ginger Museum is free. However, a separate ticket fee may be charged for live events.

The museum is closed on Tuesdays (excluding holidays) and during the year-end and New Year holidays. The museum will open on August 14, and Obon will be open all the time. The entire facility is open from 10 to 18 o'clock, and the cafe is open from 11 to 18 o'clock (last order is 17:30).
