At the "Iwashita New Ginger Museum" in Tochigi Prefecture, you can enjoy a special menu called "Iwashita New Ginger Nagashi Somen" at the on-site cafe until September 2.
The theme of this facility is "Iwashita New Ginger" from Iwashita Foods, and the in-house cafe "CAFE NEW GINGER" also has a menu using Iwashita New Ginger.

There are two types of soup, "pink" that makes use of the pickled liquid of Iwashita's new ginger and "brown" that has a shiitake flavor. You can enjoy the taste, texture, and appearance with plenty of shredded and sliced Iwashita's new ginger. And.
You can also order "Iwashita New Ginger Somen-Caprese Tailoring-", which is made by kneading raw somen with Iwashita's magic ginger and finishing it in a cold pasta style with tomato, mozzarella cheese, and basil sauce.
