Which one do you care about?

At Komeda Coffee, four new spring and summer cakes will be on sale on April 2 (excluding some stores). Scheduled to be sold until the end of August.

"Zunda Maru" is Komeda's first cake with an arrangement of local food. Inspired by the local cuisine of the Tohoku region, "Zunda mochi," the cream made with zunda bean paste is sandwiched with white sponge dough. The balance between the taste and sweetness of edamame is exquisite. The price is 420 yen (tax included, same below).

"Strawberry Mont Blanc" is a spring-like Mont Blanc with bright colors. Amaou strawberry whipped cream from Fukuoka prefecture is used. There is also a strawberry sauce inside, so you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of the strawberry. The price is 360 yen.

Gorgeous

"Coconut pine" is a sweet and sour tart cake with the image of summer. Fresh pineapple is placed on the dough kneaded with coconut paste, and coconut fine is topped to finish. The price is 420 yen.

Tropical cake

"Shokoradama" is a bite-sized ganache chocolate. You can enjoy the three flavors of chocolate & coffee, strawberry, and matcha little by little. The soft texture and the taste of chocolate go well with coffee. The price is 360 yen.
