Komeda Coffee Shop New Winter / Spring Cake

Four new winter and spring cakes will be released on January 27th at Komeda coffee stores nationwide (excluding some stores). Scheduled to be sold until the end of April. Prices range from 450 yen to 520 yen (tax included, depending on the store).

◆ Feast custard
Sandwich a light custard cream that combines whipped cream and custard with a sponge kneaded with caramel sauce. Finished with bitter caramel sauce and topped with caramel crunch. The sweetness of the custard cream and the bitter taste of the caramel sauce are exquisite, and it is a dish that you can just eat.

Chocolate raspberry
A chocolate cake with colorful framboise and cacao scent. When you put a fork on the glossy surface coated with Franboise puree, the hidden white chocolate cracks and you can see the chocolate sponge and Franboise jam. The sweetness of rich chocolate and the sweet and sour taste of Franboise are irresistible. * This product contains alcohol.

◆ Roasted chiffon
An adult taste of fluffy caramel chiffon cake wrapped in bitter coffee cream and caramel sauce. The bittersweet and fluffy texture of coffee becomes a habit. Excellent compatibility with drinks containing milk such as cafe au lait and milk coffee.

◆ Fragrant Earl Gray
A tea-flavored Mont Blanc with a gorgeous Earl Gray scent. Whipped cream with lemon dice is on top of the sponge dough kneaded with tea leaves, and the aftertaste is refreshing. The fragrant pistachio topping is an accent.
