Amazake specialty store Furumachi Jiuqu Factory will release "Jiuqu Mont Blanc" on October 5th. The price is 1,620 yen (tax included). For a limited time.
This is a drink that expresses "Mont Blanc", which is called the king of autumn sweets, with sweet sake of Jiuqu. Using French chestnuts, it is said to have a rich and elegant taste. The sweetness is expressed only by the sweetness of Jiuqu amazake, which is produced by fermenting rice, chestnuts, and rum. No sugar is used. The unique flavor makes it a perfect souvenir.
