Kids will love! Here is a recipe for Pumpkin Soup, a mild and delicious soup. Use a blender for a smooth finish.Ingredients
Pumpkin About 300g (10.58oz)1/2 onion
Chicken consommé 7g (0.25oz)
2 cups water
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
A pinch of salt and pepper
Parsley, pumpkin seeds and other toppings of your choice As desired

Directions
Remove seeds and wadding from pumpkin and peel, Cut into thin slices about 5 mm thick. Cut the onion into thin slices, sprinkle with chicken consommé (if solid, break it up), and let sit for a while.Put butter in a pan, fry the onions as described above, add the pumpkin and fry some more. Add water, bring to a boil, and cook over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes. Cook until the pumpkin is tender.
Put the cooked mixture back into the pot with a blender. Then add the milk and bring to a boil, season to taste.
Serve in a bowl and add toppings of your choice!
