Autumn omelet with cream sauce (Iberico pork & Kabosatama cheese)" will be available from September to November 2022. The selling price is 2,079 yen for the SS set (tax included, same below), 1,529 yen for the SS and 1,654 yen for the S set.

Approximately 100 grams of Iberico pork is used. The pork is marinated and cooked in sake-kasu (sake lees) and combined with butter rice.

Kabocha in Omelette Rice Doria

Kabocha in Omelette Rice Doria will also be available from September to November 2022. The price is 2,310 yen for the set and 1,760 yen for the individual dish.

Minced rice with Iberico pork is served with a 15-cm-diameter pumpkin from Kagoshima Prefecture.

The "Hoku Hoku Vegetables and Iberico Pork Omelet with Cream Sauce" will also be available from September to November 2022. The price is 2,178 yen for the SS set, 1,628 yen for the SS and 1,793 yen for the S set.

The "Japanese-style omelette rice with winter root vegetables and Iberian pork in soup" can be ordered from December 2022 to February 2023. The price is 1,958 yen for the SS set, 1,408 yen for the SS and 1,573 yen for the S set.

About 100g (3.53oz) of Iberico pork is used. The pork is marinated in sake lees, cooked, and served with butter rice.
