sugar 1 teaspoon
water (esp. cool, fresh water, e.g. drinking water) 100cc
potato starch 1 tablespoon

Kabocha 150g (5.29oz)
Minced pork 100g (3.53oz)
Spring onion 10-15cm
Grated ginger tube as needed
Grated garlic tube as needed
1/2 teaspoon soy bean paste
Oil as needed

<Adding sauce>
1/2 teaspoon chicken soup stock
1/2 tablespoon miso paste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
100cc water
1 tablespoon potato starch

If no soy bean paste, If you don't have soy bean sauce, you can substitute shichimi chili pepper or chili powder.

Directions

Remove seeds and wattles from pumpkin and cut into bite-size pieces about 2 to 3 cm square.

Place the pumpkin on a baking dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave in a 500W microwave oven for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove when softened.
