1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

If you don't have doubanjiang, you can substitute shichimi pepper or chili powder.
How to make
Remove the seeds and cotton from the pumpkin and cut it into 2 to 3 cm square pieces that are easy to eat.
Place the pumpkin on a bakeware, wrap it gently, and heat it in a 500W microwave oven for 5 to 6 minutes. Take it out when it becomes soft.

Finely chop the green onions.

Combine chicken glass soup stock, miso, soy sauce, sugar, water, and potato starch in a bowl.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry until the pumpkin is browned, and then remove it.


Add a little oil to a frying pan and fry the green onions, grated ginger and grated garlic. When the aroma comes out, add minced pork and doubanjiang and stir fry.


Add the seasonings that have been combined and boil while mixing. After boiling, put the pumpkin back in.
