Sushiro will be holding a "Delicious Food Festival" from April 5 (Wed.) to April 16 (Sun.)! Hokkaido Kyushu Festival" will be held at Sushiro from April 5 (Wed) to April 16 (Sun). During the fair, all products at all Sushiro stores will be served with "Akashari".

A full lineup of tasty foods! Hokkaido-Kyushu Festival

To allow customers to enjoy "delicious foods" from Hokkaido and Kyushu in one fair, everything from sushi to side dishes and sweets will be available. The sushi is served with "akashari" (red miso soup) to enhance the flavor of the ingredients. Akashari is made from aged sake lees, which is characterized by its firm acidity and rich flavor.
