"Dai-kiri Toku Neta Festival" Sushiro will hold "Dai-kiri Toku Neta Festival" from March 1 (Wed.) to March 12 (Sun.).

The

fair will feature a variety of sushi dishes in larger sizes and with special items that are more satisfying than usual. The popular 8 pieces of tuna, squid, shrimp, and torosalmon are only 480 yen to 600 yen (including tax), making it possible to enjoy Sushiro's special sushi at a great value and a very satisfying combination.

Sushiro

is proud of its sushi, which is made by carefully slicing each piece of tuna in order to preserve the flavor of tuna that has gone through a rigorous selection process, such as tail-slicing, and is carefully thawed at the restaurant. The type of tuna may vary depending on availability.


Prices are 120 yen/130 yen/150 yen. The total number of sushi to be sold is 3.32 million servings, including "Takumi no Pickled Ookiri Tuna.

Ookori-Maki-Ika (Big Cuttlefish)

This is a dish that allows you to enjoy the flavor of squid. Priced at 120 yen/130 yen/150 yen. Total 1.62 million servings to be sold.

Tempura made with fuka (shark). Priced at 120 yen/130 yen/150 yen. Total number of orders is planned to be 360,000.

Yokkaichi's specialty

: Tonteki, a dish inspired by Tonteki, the soul food of Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture. Priced at 180 yen/190 yen/210 yen. A total of 130,000 servings are expected to be sold.

Strawberry Brulee Milk Crepe Melba

A spring version of Sushiro's popular "Hokkaido Milk Crepe Melba" sweet. Prices are 330 yen/340 yen/360 yen. The sales period is from Wednesday, March 1 to Sunday, April 2. A total of 420,000 servings are planned to be sold.
